So, I just got the game today so I hopped on and tried to enter the codes I got for Shale and the Dragon Armour. The problem is that the first time I entered the codes, absolutely nothing happened at all. It said something about connecting to the servers, and then that's it. Nothing. Same thing happened for both codes. So, I decided to enter the codes again, but now it says my codes are invalid! So, now, I'm stuck with unusable codes and no DLC to show for it! Has this happened to anyone else? Have I done something wrong somewhere? Am I totally screwed now?

EDIT: Also, to be clear, I have an account here, I have an EA account, and I obviously have a PSN account. All have the same email, screenname, everything, so I don't think there's a problem there.

Did you add the codes through the game's dlc or here on the website? If it was on the game then it will take a bit of time for the codes to show up on your account here on the Bioware account if it's been properly connected. Look at my post for more details but at the moment you should check my steps to see if all's good. Just a reminder, it seems the DLC must be the same as the region the game was purchased from. That seems to be a common problem.

I'm having the exact same problem. Tried entering Shale's code and NOTHING appears on the DLC page. When I tried to enter the code again it says it's invalid. I am not going to enter the rest of the codes until it gets sorted out.

Another problem is that my character here didn't get any update on the website besides my achievements. I have the level 20 achievement and I'm on the end of the game yet it still says that I am level 7 in here...

What the hell am I supposed to do?

I tried in the game first, and then on the site. I'm pretty sure when I tried the site, it said the codes were either invalid or already used. So, is it likely that it's just going to take some time for my DLC to show up? All the regions match up (US PSN account, game bought in US, etc) so that's not the problem.

Still nothing. I have no idea what country my code is for, but I see no reason why it wouldn't be US, seeing as it was bought down the street at WalMart... As I said, all my accounts match up and everything is US region...

I recieve a "do not have permission to view this page" warning when I attempt to look at the DLC. From the very start, the DLC for PC has been plagued with issues, this "social site" being one of them. I don't want to waste my time on bullcrap, I want to play the game and get DLC with ease, this is far more complicated than it needs to be.

^Except I've got the PS3 version. Should I have mentioned that sooner? I do agree that this whole process is a load of crap, however. The idea of putting in the codes in-game just doesn't seem like a good one.

EDIT: Okay, so, now I just realised that I can go to my profile and see my "Registered Game Promotions" and, lo and behold! Both Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor show up there! This means that my codes obviously did work the first time I used them, yes? If so, why the heck are they NOT in my game?

I'm not sure what you've tried, but this is what worked for me:
Start the playstation, login to an active PSN account
Start the game
Login to the Dragon Age servers
Go to "Downloadable Content"
Select the items on the list
This will pop you out of the game and stick you in the PSN store, where you can download the items one by one
When you're done with the PSN store, the game menu will return
Start playing the game
When you can, go to the Journal, and select the right-most option, "Downloadable Content"
Once you select the items there, they'll be added to your current character.

You only have to do this once for each new item.  They'll be added to subsequent characters.

Once you've used said code, it immediately becomes invalid so you cannot have duplicate uses. Once it is entered to your account, it is bound to your account. If it doesn't appear in game right away, try logging out and logging back in, as this forces a refresh of your information and should make the DLC visible and available for download.

I got the Shale to work for me. The Armor shows up on this site, but not in game. Now it's an invalid code if I try to use it through the games download content menu. How can I get the armor to show up in game?

Here's the problem, though, the items aren't on the list! There's nothing there. I go to Downloadable Content and it says something about there being nothing at this time, please check back later, etc.

Again, I've got the shale to work for me. On this site the BDA shows up, but not the Shale content. The Shale content is in game, the BDA is not. How do I get the BDA now? My codes are invalid if I try them again. This is typical BioWare/EA.
