 Garrus is giving me his reach and flexibility speech, but no option to initiate romance shows up.
Could this be ruined by the fact that I flirted with Jacob (this was before I knew Garrus could be romanced) earlier in the game before Horizon? Or by the fact that I romanced Liara in ME1.
I also invited Kelly up for dinner, but I just wanted someone to feed my fish while I was gone. 
Whenever I talk to Jacob, he says something about how we've "got a good thing going on", and doesn't continue the conversation. Is there some way I can just break up with him so I can romance Garrus instead?
