I'm really bonded with this guy, but I accidentally done the urn quest before saving the Arl, now I miss the chance to let him go in the prison. Is there a way to do it through console cheat or something? I don't want to hand him over to the circle or execute him. I feel sorry for him.

I don't think there's anything you can do for Jowan after healing Eamon. When you first get into the dungeon, if you want to save him, you have to tell him that he needs to leave and you never want to see him again. If you tell him that you'll let him go so he can escape, he will decide he wants to stay to help, and you'll have to execute him or send him to the circle. Hope this helps :-)

That's too bad. I feel like he's my only friend back at the circle. Too bad though because he will be made tranquil if he got sent back to the circle. That's a fate worse than death. Thanks.

Originally he was going to. That's why you get to choose his fate in Redcliffe. But then the devs changed their minds about having him on board (too many mage companions? Conflict with Wynne? Who knows) and your choices in that scene were cut back to: kill him or send him to the Circle.

Poor Jowan.

I'd trade Wynne for him hands down lol
