please insert disc one...after few seconds Incorrect  disc will pop up nice and clean cd, new disc one as a mater of fact {my old ce disc one cracked due the inside holders}

 and i was all set to go with the palavan mission i had the new weapons selected for my group and this  started to happen after i went to do the mission i had no problem with leviathan, but this bug just popped up and now its annoying to have when i want to play my shep with the new weapons and leviathan on insanity, i also chacked to se if there was any thinkg on the disc  its clean no scratches  or smudges

please fix this, thank you
