Sorry bro, When we've talked on the fourms you always seem like a cool guy so it is bad when bad stuff happens to peole like you. But don't tell your boss to **** off because you might regret it later just be cool.
Thanks I appreciate that. I did manage to keep my cool and I will continue to do so if only because I know its in my best interest, but damn its tempting to flip out sometimes. Before my current manager was transfered over I had another buddy in a different section who had worked at the store about the same amount of time as I had, and worked with the same manager I am talking about. He ended up walking out of the company in the middle of a shift and never came back because he told me that if he stayed any longer, he was seriously worried he was going to kill the man... And he was not entirely joking either. My friend is more of a hothead then I am but I am starting to see why he had such an issue with the manager now.

Well if you thinks it's best you leave then do, don't stay there because you feel you have to just look at all your options first and maybe don't be as hotheaded as your friend.

I will stay and keep my eyes open for another job. I would love to find something different but I still have plenty of living costs so I just need to make sure I go about it in a way that does not leave me in a bind. And even if I did leave I would not want to throw 7 years of hard work down the drain just so I could make a point... But its damned tempting.

In any case, never make a scene or flip out on your boss. Does not even matter if you have every reason to do so, because you will be paying the price.
Your 100% right, but its much easier said then done at times.
