I think there are bigger issues at hand then those missing scenes... patch 1.05 has messed up the audio and lip syncing during the romance scene before Cronos Station... and god knows what other scenes during the main game.
Nothing like a Bioware patch to put you in a bad mood... then they say "no more patches" are planned, to put a cherry on top the ****-sunday. Its like a bad joke... lets make this awesome DLC, and release a crappy patch that screws single player over again as a nice "**** you" to the fans! :)

The romance scenes always have been off sync, right from the beginning.

My romance scene was fine, until patch 1.05 came out on Xbox, now its like watching a badly dubbed asian movie... other romances like Kaidan have other problems like glitched out eyes that roll back into their heads. Removing the title updates, and watching the scenes again fixes the problem, but re-downloading the upates result in the same thing.
Maybe your scene was messed up right from the start, and if your seeing the same thing I am, then damn... I dont know what to tell you. All I can say is a crap ton of people has noticed this since patch 1.05. At least on Xbox and PS3.
If you havent had a chance to watch that scene yet since the patch... go take a look, might be even worse then you think... or not.

If you are reading this, I just want to say thank you to you guys for coming to this thread and watching my video. It's a shame that this bug is not going to be fixed as BioWare is now done with ME3.

You're welcome - and thanks for chasing this for quite so long. I guess last resort is modding, but unless someone can find a way to mod something like this onto 360, it wouldn't be of any help at this end...

Despite this, I still enjoyed the ME3 and the entire trilogy. I wish BioWare good luck with Dragon Age III: Inquisition, the next ME game, and their upcoming IP.

Agreed. It's not a scene that was essential to my enjoyment of ME3 - I just prefered the EC with the way it was, than with Shepard's randomly jerking head animation.

Ah well. Looking forward to DA:I, and about to start my final, canonical playthrough of ME3.
