I ordered an N7 Hoody from the BioWare store just over a week ago, and it has been saying 'order processing' since that date. Anyone know when this is gonna get shipped out? Cheers.

It could be that they didn't update it. I've received packages from them and received a shipment notification for it days later.

Also, keep in mind it was Labor Day yesterday so postal services were closed.

Same here. I purchased several things a while back (a bit more than a week) and received an email regarding my purchase which said I would be notified upon its shipping. I haven't been notified and it says order processing. I assume this is just an error and it will have a surprise arrive without notification.

And I plan on purchasing a hoodie in a month and don't want the same thing to happen.

I ordered a shirt and it still says processing but it got here 2 days ago. Total wait time was about a week. Lithos I ordered, but I actually got an email, and those got here today, also in about a week.

Ordered some lithos 11 days ago, still says "processing". I contacted support yesterday but haven't heard from them yet; judging by the comments here it sounds like a glitch where maybe their system isn't updating.

Just heard from Treehouse, my order shipped over a week ago, so it seems the "processing" thing is just the status failing to update...

Mine turned up today, happily; 11 days from the dispatch date isn't too bad.
