MAJOR PROBLEM WITH PURCHASING PREMIUM SPECTRE PACK WITH ACTUAL MONEY ON PSN!

 I have recently purchased a Premium Spectre pack via an in-game menu in Mass Effect 3. The problem is that I had not received ANYTHING for my purchase. Nothing popped up on my screen to show me what goodies I have obtained. I even searched thoroughly to see if I had obtained anything and the search turned up empty. I feel cheated, I am extremely angry at Bioware and I am upset by this.

I have sent a message to PlayStation support to see if they can do anything on their end. How about you Bioware?

(Sadly I am not able to attach the email that proves that I have purchased the pack)

Vijay B: PS3 games cannot be added on Origin client because origin does not support PS3 and Xbox platform games only PC.
you: then the person over the phone lied to me and didnt know what they were talking about.

you: i mean ps3 bf3 Vs. the PC BF3 version is horrible

you: i found out i could have brought bf3 through origin and get premium for free if i got it on the PC

Vijay B: Actually premium is a bundle pack with Premium Edition in which it includes Bf3 base game +premium pack.

you: i basically wasted money buying the ps3 version for over 60$s the ni have to buy premium for another 50$ thorugh the PSN

you: they told me there nothing they could do about it because it was from EA
you: they then told me to talk to EA Customer support
you: EA Customer support sent me to bioware forums
you: nothing was done or fixed i didnt get everything that I payed for. Out of that 80$ i only got about 20$s worth
you: no one is telling me what i should do to get my other 60$s
you: PSN says its EA buisness EA takes me to Bioware forumsn no one replies to my forum posts
you: and if i talk to EA they tell me to delete my cache on my ps3
you: that isn't going to fix EA servers
you: all it will do is delete the stuff on my PS3
you: that only make the problems worse

There's been quite a few people who used real money to buy packs (myself included), but it will never be fixed. I've waited since the Resurgence DLC to get my money or packs, but nothing.
