So if I accidently romanced Liara in the first one (didn't mack it though, said mission was too important), rejected her in the second, am I still stuck with her or can I go after Ashley? I normally always go Liara but wanted someone different with my Shep. It wasn't til towards the end of the 1st when I realized that I was already locked in with Liara. I was waiting for the Liara/Ashley confrontation to appear but it never happened. I just finished the Mars mission in ME3 and my Shepard is still being "lovey" with Liara even though I have tried countless times to reject her. Am I screwed?
Can you change your LI in the 3rd?

You can switch, yes. Just be sure to, you know, not tell Liara that you want to be "more than friends" when the opportunity crops up. Then just wait for Ashley.

One does not simply "reject" Liara.
...because you have to do it multiple times. You can still switch to Ash, just make sure you do everything necessary for her and just to be safe, I would just quit talking to Liara all together. There's multiple instances where you can "hint" at romance but for any other character there's only one or two times the option even comes up in the conversations. But with Liara it's like every conversation (hooray Mac Walters!) so yeah, just give her the cold shoulder just to be safe.

Haha in all the play throughs I've done I have ALWAYS chose Liara. Gotta mix it up at some point right? Haha. And thanks! Glad to know those 38 hours of game play weren't for nothing.
