BioWare didn't say how they were going to fix the bug yet. We will find out how they are going to fix this bug when we have more information about it.

I just finished a playthrough on PC(installed Levi before I started the playthrough) with all the DLC's installed, and I never got this bug. Maybe it only happens if you install Levi and use a game in progress to play it

well something weird just happened to me. i was play mass effect 3 on insanity and i got to the part that you can visit the refuge area and when i went to the docks to to to the normandy. the elevator door got stuck and it didnt close. this game has so many bugs like with the cut audio dialogue.

I heard the same thing from Eos Dawn and I think you are right because it happened to me after finishing the Leviathan DLC. I hope that it gets fixed very soon.

BioWare is putting the Ken/Gabby and Garrus/Tali banter fix in the upcoming patch so it would make sense for them to fix the Extended Cut cinematic sequences bug(happens after finishing Leviathan) in the next patch.

Damn it, Bioware....

Get this fixed ASAP. It's been over 3 months. It's just a bug....its not like I'm asking for a new ending with unicorns and a dissertation on the Crucible and its origins......I'm asking you to just let me see the ending you made(in its entirety)
