Does it matter what will be in that DLC? No matter what Bioware do with it, there will be an uproar because the DLC is too short, too long, doesn¨'t give Aria enough screen time, the plot sucks, it doesn't add anthing to the ending... Trust me on this one.

But me? I will buy it and most likely enjoy it, if that "#¤%& Origin will allow me.

Patriarch Krogan charging an Atlas or two off the side of Omega itself would be hella awesome...just sayin.

I think omega has some type of hidden weapon built in... Or something related to the reapers... Because why would cerberus utilize assets to obtain it if it weren't for an unknown motive? why would Shepard feel the need to help unless there is something crucial to taking down the reapers?

It is probably a strategically important location for anyone interested in access to the Omega 4 relay or the Omega Nebula.

My just demands are simple :)
I want Omega to become another hub world
Do not want to hear a single mention of Catalyst or endings
Aria as a squad member for a few missions
Shadow broker quality
There.

I don't see why we should bother about Omega. Surely Aria's mercenary's help has been marginal in the battle for earth (all came down to the catalyst, didn't it) and it's a puddle of filth and murder to begin with. I'd sooner blow that piece of crap to smithereens than to reinstall that crooked woman.

The sheep want more content, it doesn't matter that it is all for nought, denial is a very powerful weapon.

Not playing it, don't care, endings still the same = no point. Its like going out to eat and all your friends leave before dessert and you're stuck with the bill for everyone, and then being allowed to go back in time to add in another appetizer... It might be tasty but in the end all your left with is an empty wallet and feeling angry and cheated and realizing your meal was SO not worth it

Omega can unfortunately never live up to it maximum potential because we can never deliver the head of Kai Leng to Aria for killing her daughter. Really dropped the ball their Bioware!

With that I agree. Whatever the reasons, Aria is evil and lots of people suffered because of her. I don't see why should Alliance care and send Normandy in to do her dirty work. Our homeworlds are burning and I'm supposed to care about queen **** of Omega....yeah right!

Plus, we won't see any mercs on Earth anyway because Bioware rushed the damn finale.

i have no interest really. We destroy cerberus anyway so she can just walk in and take it back after the cerberus HQ mission

Meh.

Really can't see the purpose of a DLC like this, beyond the overrated "cool" factor.

If they couldn't even make the creators of the main enemy of the trilogy significant in terms of...well, anything, I doubt that a DLC about that asari skank could be made better.

More war assets that make zero difference? (Even less so with the EC, which lowered the requirements for the "best" ending.)

I think I'll pass, just as I did WRT "Leviathan".

People have pointed out that ME2 DLCs did not affect the main storyline of that game, either - but at least you could expect them to make a difference in the next installment. (Which, of course, they did not: even "The Arrival" was pretty much ignored, and Liara became the Shadowbroker anyway.)

For a game that focused so strongly on the concept of different consequences, the Bioware team sure went out of their way to minimize the impact of each decision - in order to "not alienate new players", because as we all know, the best starting point to a trilogy is the final installment.

Admittedly, I'm kind of hoping Reaper troops join the fray at Omega. I guess I'm just burned out on seeing wave after wave of Cerberus Troops screaming at me.

Would be cool to see Petrovsky though, maybe you could convince him to break away from Cerberus and join you? He seemed like a decent guy, while Ashe was the typical Alien hater.

People will buy it, because it comes with 450 war assets, 2 ultra powerful weapons, and a new, never before seen sub machine gun mod. That's what we the fans have been asking for, and Bioware is about to deliver. That, that is why people will buy it.

Edit: I almost forgot, it comes with several new star systems to scan. So, by the end of the dlc, who knows how many war assets you'll have gained. 500? 525? There's only one way to find out people.

The Omega DLC could possibly be the most epic DLC to come for ME3, so let the support for it start now.

So how should it play out? What do you want to see happen? What would you like Bioware to implement via this DLC? What are your requests?

It probably wont change the endings but it could still be well worth the price of admission.

- Some choice where you choose in what manner Aria operates at the end (we didn't really get a choice in Leviathan, would like one now ;))
- ME2 character cameos!
- A trip to the other side of the Omega 4 Relay to screw TIM's plans up some more
- Aria joins our squad afterwards, hanging out in Thane's old room
- Changed scenes if you bring Aria to the Cerberus base, Kai Leng killed her daughter >=D
- Confirm whether or not she is Aleena
- Adjutants
- Possible Aria romance?

I liked Petrovsky in the comics.

I'm afraid they'll just say he's becomed indoctrinated and turn him into a boring bossfight.

Gears of Effect was never about plot cohesion or dialogue, it's about blowing stuff up with your friends.

SO many impactful decisions, so much plot essential content, and I'm no math whiz but $10 for the DLC of a $20 game seems like a great deal.
