I was hoping to get a few opinions as to what the most fun road to take is. So far I have played a Human Warrior who Duel Wields and find it a little boring. I like to use my main character to fight as opposed to a side character. Anyone have any favorite class types?
Depends on what you consider fun. Mages require the most control and have the greatest effect on combat, so I find them the most fun to play. Even if my main character isn't a mage I find myself controlling the mage in the party.
Oh was also wondering how the specializations for the warrior are, as in is Beserker or the Demon one good?
I assume you mean Reaver by, "the Demon one." Berserker gives you a damage bonus which is good for DW and final blow can come in handy. Reaver is probably better for a sword and shield tank than a DW character, you get an ability that helps you keep aggro and a healing ability. Champion is easily the best Warrior spec. you actually get some CC abilities and party buffs. Templar isn't bad either since mages are the toughest opponents, and the Templar specific equipment gives you spell resistance, though the actual Templar abilities aren't all that great. Apart from Champion though, none of the warrior specializations really stand out.

What about Morrigan? Would I still carry her with me if I was a mage? Seems like 2 mages would be kinda silly, or is she even as strong as she seems early game?
A second mage means double the fun. Three mages? Now were having a party. And the spell combos are fun. I love me some Burning Grease and Storm of the Centuary.

You can, it depends on how you like to play your party. Having two CC/DPS mages in your party is a little crazy, everything dies before it gets a chance to do damage. Even in ambushes, you use CC to get your party members out of the way and set a storm of the century and then drop another CC to keep the enemies in the storm. Then you hex any bosses and spam single target spells against them. You start to wonder why you have these guys with swords in your party to begin with.

Oh was also wondering how the specializations for the warrior are, as in is Beserker or the Demon one good? And my last question is how come my warrior seems so weak? Does he just need Dex to be stronger or am I missing something? Clearly I am a nub at this game thus far.
Rogue. Rogues are very, very, versitle in this game and it's great. On my second play through I'm playing a mage and I'm finding hard because there are so many spell options. Rogues are great as both because they could definetly handle themselves in A.I mode, Mages are a little dependent on user control so I wouldn't recommend it if you wanted an independant class. Over all, the Rogue is a very independent and efficient class.
I like warriors because they are a very simple class. They don't require too much thought, imo. They can also handle themselve on A.I mode as well.
Your warrior may be weak because you either may have lost focus as to how you want your warrior to play out or you're not using the skills or attributes correctly. Do you want you're warrior the primary be the heavy damage dealer, the tank, or support? I think if you want a damage dealer, you should go with medium armor with a 2 handed weapon. If you want extra damage you could choose the poison skill tree. Remember that strength is used for extra damage.

I had tons of fun with a rogue taking out enemy mages and such. Was also a blast to play a mage spec'd for healing and set the party to aggressive in the tactics then try to keep them all alive.

So I'd say in overall "fun"
Mage >>> Rogue > Warrior.

Then again, no one is more fun and powerful than an Arcane Warrior.
