I accessed the store to get my victory pack and comendation pack and got both however I never got the extra Medigel upgrade that all my friends have. I played the weekend event and don't understand why I didn't get the upgrade like the friends I played with. Look at my Manifest, it still says 5 maximum Medigel instead of the six I should have.
On top of that when I hit the Operation Alloy Help button on the yop of the page all it says is there is no operation happening this weekeknd. This doesn't really help me at all. Can someone direct me in what I need to do to get this resloved?

I think you still need to unlock it by buying a pack, in which case the description is wrong. I'm chatting with EA right now to figure it out.
