Borderlands is getting up there too.

In terms of playthoughs, I have no idea. I used to be terrible at finishing a playthrough from start to finish, and these days I rarely play a game through more than twice.

Based on hours, it would probably be:
1. WoW
2. Neverwinter Nights
3. Final Fantasy VII

Tribes 2 probably for multiplayer or Call of Duty 4. Singleplayer would probably be Zelda:OoT

What a dubass! Civilization III beat Civilization II in every aspect (maybe not animated Wonders). I finally start playing Civ-4, despite it's not my favorite.

Based on hours:

1- WoW, noone can beat him, this monster ate 200 days of my life...
2-Counter Strike, before source version. And after all this years i have started CS:GO...
3-Starcraft/Diablo 2, not sure which one ate more time. Damn you Blizzard and your captivating games!
4- Baldurs Gate 1 probably. Finished with every class at least once, roleplayed much more chars to some parts of the game.
5-Age of Empires 2: Still having nightmares villagers chopping wood

Ah yes Age of Empires 2. Nothing is better than an Army of Viking Axemen who heal their wounds overtime automatically.

Mass Effect 2 with some 340 hours played.

I would say Mass Effect followed closely by Halo, then the Marvel Ultimate Alliance games.

Used to play a LOT of sports games though, so NBA 2K11 is probably not TOO far behind.

Normal SP games: Mass Effect 2 though I never really tracked the time.

Online games: SWG the total time logged in was something like 200 days (4800 hours) over a three year period. Though maybe one or two of those hours was spent afk.
