I have the game for the ps3 right now, and the longest time it takes the game to load at times are like 15 secs. But I heard PC users having to wait like 3-5 minutes to load. Honestly I would just take a bullet to the head if I had to wait that long every time i leave a new area. I think the ps3 loading is long enough!!!
Thinking about getting DA:O for PC, but heard of the loading problems

Well no one really knows what causes the long load times, its really a matter of chance if it happens to your PC.

Well PC specs depend a lot on that. also mods can effect this as well. For me the game loads around 1min when I had the JBtexture mod it took 2min some time. But The mod made the game crash so uninstalled it..

If you have it on PS3 why get it again anyway? Its the same game. That cash could be spent on something new.

It is the same game, but I heard countless time, if you want the best game play experience, play it on the PC. Also the game can be modded in played on the PC
