 No, I mean seriously. I can't play it because there are so many issues.

Randomly and inconsistently, I will come across the following problems, sometimes only a few, sometimes all of them at once, while playing Multiplayer- (but not Singleplayer)

* Random Disconnects from Origin - (Only during ME3 Multiplayer, not in any other games or in Singleplayer)
* Inability to use ladders
* Inability to fire, use powers, melee, dodge roll or take cover
* Inability to use the in-game store (Takes BioWare Points or Credits, then leaves me hanging forever.)
* Teleportation across the entire map for no reason -(Sometimes into walls or onto roofs or into completely non-accessible areas.)
* Inability to deal any damage - (I can do all the things listed in Point 3, but as I said, they do no damage and I do zero points.
* Inability to move - (This one is always fun. Usually it only lasts until I die and get revived though.)

That's all I can think of, at any rate. Am I the only person to have these issues? 

All these issues have been occuring only recently and have been getting progressively worse since.

nope, The MP servers are junk & at lest you can get ME 3 to load. I had that problem with ME 3 MP. A week later ME 3 will not even start up. So, play the game while you can until it does not even start up.

Speaking as someone with no technical knowledge on the subject, I would recommend you do reinstall and if the problem persists, please post so here so other more tech-savvy people can suggest stuff.
