I don't know how many others have witnessed this same issue but here's what happens...

In SOME games (approx 15%) my powers APPEAR to bend (they do on my screen) to hit their target as they should but actually do not bend. The only way I can guarantee they hit is if I aim them direct at my target.

This is most noticeable when you're expecting the biotic explosion or a knockback but it doesn't happen.

I believe this only affects powers that travel to their target e.g. Warp, Throw, Incinerate etc.

The only powers I have personally witnessed it happening on are Warp & Throw on the Asari Adept and Throw on the N7 Fury Adept but I surmise that it probably affects others.

Anyone else who can confirm this happening?
