Door glitch

has anyone else have the problem where they will save the game before entering the room and fight that revert back to last save before dying and cannot enter the room because they still in combat mode????? had this problem in the magi tower...

Yes I did you have to walk around until the music stops and you put your weapon away. Then you can go into the room. Otherwise the room is locked and no way of opening it. Another one is when you kill something it takes about a minute for the game to register that this has happened. I have moved from one part of the fade to another only to realize that I have to go back to ensure the system accepted it.
