All of the DLC I have (Black Emporium, Exiled Prince, and Legacy) is listed as "unauthorized" despite the fact that I am logged in in-game, and the products are registered to my account here. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and there was no change. I went to EA Live Help and none of their solutions helped. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?

Okay, so I was able to get the DLC authorized. Started a brand new game- and still no DLC. Black Emporium letter doesn't show up, and no journal entries for The Exiled Prince or Legacy.

I would seriously appreciate it if I could get some help on this, as- surprise, surprise- I'd like to play the content I paid for.

This was intended as a user to user self-help forum, just as described on top.  The game was essentially a flop in comparison to the ME games, NWN, and DA: O.  Interest from the game playing community faded out rapidly, and this is the off-season for forums.  There's almost no one visiting here.  Personally, I have no recollection of seeing the answers to any of the many MANY prior versions of your question (I'm sure it's come up often in the past).  A search with a proper professional search engine would probably be a good idea, if you want to try it.   Official Tech Support is on the EA Help Site. Use the chatline, only.

At what point in either of my posts did I seem confused on that point? I am aware that this is the self-help forum. The idea behind my post was to see if anyone had solved a similar problem, in the hope that their solution would work in my situation.

What patch are you running?
