Dawn of the Melee Human Adept

K so if any one has done this before they know how fun and devistating this build is

First off a couple things that alot of people dont know about this characters heavy melee.

- It attacks in a cone effect several feet in front of you so you can hit multiple enemies and at a distance
- It staggers everything including bosses
- It does not track so you have to be on the ball with it
- It does massive damage and its executed quickly
- It launches enemies across the map and enemies take force damagefrom the impact

K so with that said , You can 2 shot everything in the game (except banshees, atlases, or primes). 2 heavy melees will kill and stagger Phantoms, Brutes, Ravagers. You can corner shoot your melee just like a gun (like where you can hide behind cover shooting but cant get hit back). Ive killed 3 things with 1 heavy melee (2 cannibals and a husk). 1 hit will take all shields off of everything but atlases and banshees. 1 heavy melee will take 5 bars off a Banshees barrier. 1 heavy melee and a shockwave will kill 90% of the things in game. Or my favorite combo is hit the target with a warp, bum rush for a heavy melee to stagger immediately followed by a shockwave to detonate.

This character is not for noobs or the faint of heart. If you slip up you are dead very quickly. But that holds true to everything when playing gold and platinum. And this character will take alittle bit of practice to get used to but once you do you are a god and nothing will be able to get close to you.

Its true try it out lol... I was a little confused about it at first thought someone else was shooting it, but 2 heavy melee and all bashee barriers are gone, including 1 bar of health. 1 heavy melee also knocks 4 bars of armor off of Brutes and Ravagers

Is this on gold? That would mean that you're doing over 5k damage every melee. 
The most melee damage you can get is 1120.

Yes on Gold. I do use a melee mod on my weapon of course, and also usually use Strength 2 or 3 upgrade

Yes on Gold.

It's not possible to melee over 5k with that character.

Go try it yourself. You say its not possible but the proof is in the pudding

you want to show and prove  us that 500 base damage heavy melee can deal over 5k damage. 
it's just mathematicaly impossible and because of that I don't want to waste my time on proving it. You should do it, you want to prove something impossible, it's your build, not mine, proving that it works is on your side.

I did human adept on platinum and scored around 150,000. It was an awesome game. Phatoms and HUnters, who are they?

so you are just trolling or
adept heavy melee has some 200%+ multiplier vs everything
 or

last time when I used heavy melee on some gold husk it was still alive. how some  150% melee damage + melee stuner makes it hit that hard? space magic?

No it's not worh wasting respec card and time to "test it".

Lol you can post all the numbers you want, have a field day doing it to. But until you actually go play it and see what it does they are just numbers to me. Your trying to argue against something i see every time i PLAY the character. That Ive done personally multiple times. Everyone else including yourself are arguing over something youve never done before and have no knowledge of. Thats just stupid.

So in closing, everyone who doubts it just go play it. If you dont want to, you shouldnt waste your time posting.

than you've said that you human adept hits harder than melee spec batarian, shadow even.

Actually, a +100% multiplier vs whatever defense would be enough to achieve 5,000 damage.  Here's the math.  To be clear, I haven't tested it, and I don't know if there are any multipliers at all.  I can't actually confirm that HA melee does 5,000 damage, just that it could in fact do 5,000 damage if a +100% multiplier was in effect.  

Base HA heavy melee = 500.  

500 * (1[this is the base melee] + .95[this is the fitness melee tree] + .75[martial artist from fitness] + 1[melee damage amp] + .3[melee gear]) * (1[base] + .25[melee stunner and bayonet are multiplicative bonuses]) = 2,500

So the maximum damage before multipliers for the HA heavy melee is 2,500.  If you add a +100% multiplier vs certain defenses (which is also multiplicative when applicable) you get 5,000.  

Edit: 

Whoops.  Hydraulic joints (gear) actually adds 15% not 30%.  So the damage is actually 2,406.5.  Not a big difference, but worth noting I suppose.

How are you speccing fitness? Full melee? Besides, you get 2 Human Adepts ... got nothing to lose by trying out an oddball build on one of them :D
