My  mulitplayer games keep disconnecting. Are there any settings I can change to stop this from happening (or to improve network performance)?

I couldn't find anything in Origin or Mass Effect 3 (location info) that would seem to affect it.

I didn't have this problem on my XBox.

Nope, I've been playing for about 2 hours now and have been disconnected from every game I've played.

i've been lurking the thread's for days
it's bad enough they let my original account get stolen
talking with customer support i was issued a new code for collecters edition, didnt work and the from ashes content wasnt there
had to go on chat and talk to customer support again got a new code and it worked this time
and after all that my game has still been dropping me from multiplayer matches...
time's like this when im glad that borderlands 2 is 15 days away.

Resetting my cable modem seemed to help some. I was finally able to finish a game and get some experience. Still drops out after a while.
