Will you tell Joker about how you choose Destroy? Do you think its better to not tell anyone? I think its better to keep it secret.

It all depends if I live to tell the tale. But assuming I did live I would tell Joker what happened. He would have deserved to know.

... it's not like nobody is going to put two and two together. Reapers died. All synthetics died. Maybe the Crucible had something to do with that...

As Destroy was going to shut down Shepards various cybernetic implants I think the chances of surviving to tell the tale are fairly slim even in the Shepard survives ending.

However I think if I were Shepard I'd go for, "Hey I didn't want to build the Crucible, it was Liara's idea".

But I think the OP means that would you tell him that it wasn't the only option, that you chose to kill all synthetics including EDI in order to kill the reapers

joker is alive because shepard saved him and died doing so

joker has no room to say anything about his robot girl friend being gone

destroy is the best and only option

"...well Joker I wanted your sexbot to live (along with the Geth) but BW and the plot demanded the only way to destroy the Reapers was to kill them too. Sorry man but the plot demands..."

Accually, Control, refuse and Synthesis are options too.

He was on my side after Rannoch with the whole "kill the robot buddy to save everyone" thing, so I'll just remind him of that. I'm sure he'll understand. If not, well, too bad.

So what you're saying is rage quitting is my only option.

Also OP, you if made the call, you should own up to it.

For you, mebbe. Turning the game off after Anderson dies might work

If you're going to turn off the game prior to the ending, I don't know why you'd want to subject yourself to that awful TIM scene. If I was going to quit pre-ending, I'd just stop after Shep's speech at Anderson's base.

I'd happily tell that freak Joker all about it.

That's accually a pretty good idea, that way you don't waste time with rest of Earth either.

My gears don't start truely grinding till glowboy shows up. Things up to that point were bearable.

Pretty loose definition of "options" you have there.

It's lingering questions like this that absolutely ruined ME3 for me.

Nice going, Bioware.

No, cause my Shepard is dead. Otherwise, yes, I would have my Shepard tell Joker the truth.

I'd like to know what happened to her first. If she was sitting there in the co-pilot seat and just spontaneously combusted scaring the ever living out of joker and starting a small fire.

I didn't, I used my spectre status and broke several Alliance rules. I sent congrats and belated flowers to the wedding. ;^) Made Javik do the same thing, with a memory chit with our condolences.

Given that the Reapers just sort of fall over I'd assume EDI did the same.

If I wanted to quit prior to the ending I'd also want to miss out the vast ammounts of OOC autodialogue and the cringeworthy symapathy child as well. Not to mention that awful "We fight or we die line".

I guess the only answer for me is to stop at the end of Mass Effect 2
