Kick immunity and instant kicking is a common curtosy afforded to the hosts of any game loby execpt it seems mass effect. i am wondering how many players are sick and tired of being kicked out of the games they stary by elitist ****s who look at nothing but a n7 number or weapon level and decide that "your not good enough to play platinum/gold" this is a horrible system that prevents people from playing their own games.
and before you troll and say " your ranting because you suck" i have played platinum many many times and am usually second or third in points far from the weakest link.

the most recent incident was some **** kicking me from a game i made claiming my weapon was too low level. the moron had absolutly no idea that the vanguard class n7slayer doesent even need a ****ing weapon if speced properly. so please bioware give the loby leader the RESPECT THEY DESERVE and give them immunity from kicking as well as instant kick. the common power of any host in any other game. and lets face it if someone has a problem with the leaders specs they have every right to find another game but why they have a right to vote kick is beyond me and such an ability just encourages people to be jackholes

to be honest i think the whole kicking based on n7 rating is a complete joke since the only to raise your n7 is to promote teams. the fact is i already beat single player with 100 % readyness and i am sure so have alot of other people. there is no need to promote any teams after that execpt for ego boosting. i think n7 rating needs to be abolished because it has become nothing more than a tool used by trolls to greif and kick normal players most of whome are quite good

now obviously bioware probibally wont read or act on this so i am encouraging anyone who has been kicked from their own games to file an abuse report against the people who kicked you. this will cause excessive paperwork for the moderation team and eventually when they get tired of the ****ing they will finally take action

It sucks to be kicked from your own game, but it happens. It's really not that big of a deal to create another game. Giving the leader kick immunity is not a good solution; I have been in games before in which the leader was either trolling or AFK, un-ready for long enough that all the other players either left the game or voted to kick him. In those situations, the other players were fully justified to kick the one that was holding up the game, regardless of whether or not that player happened to be the lobby leader. It's understandable if someone is assigning powers, changing/modding weapons, etc., but sometimes a player just holds up the game for no discernable reason, and in those situations should be kicked out so the game can be started.

You're right about the N7 levels; as long as they exist, there will be elitist players that judge someone solely based on their N7 level/weapon levels. However, nothing can be done to avoid this prejudice, as certain players will always find something to feel superior about, whether it's KDR (kill/death ratio), military rank (in games such as Combat Arms), or in this case N7 level. Again, it's just something that has to be dealt with. If EA/BioWare won't fix all of the problems with their servers, they surely won't restructure the entire multiplayer scoring system.

yes in that case change it so that once a player joins a lobby they are immune to kicking for say 30 seconds

but to be honest kicking has become a tool for trolls and some revisions need to take place for example how about a setting client side that makes your weapon and equiptment info private

but still something needs to be done about n7 ratings that allows people to gain n7 status by simply playing and being good

Unfortunately, the host is about the most likely person to be AFK, because if after you complete the game and then don't exit you'll end up being the host by default as everyone else leaves.

So being able to kick the host is necessary.
