Ok so that's a pic of the main screen.  When you click "alliance news". You would normally get a bunch of bioware and ME topic news links... To the Facebook page or store or even bounty weekends.  Nice feature....

But now this is what you get over the last week or so....



I tweeted everyone and their mom with this issue since day one... No help

Please fix...

I know this is posted in pc... But I assume a iPad is a **** ton closer to a pc then a psp/xbox. So anyone else having issues like me?

I have also seen this issue for about a week. The messages were kinda nice, but random on how helpful they were. Nice to know some of the science news, and things like a "Real Life" Avina in the making. But I don't like or use facebook, so most of those features, once clicked on and had a facebook warning, I would just close it... So when it sopped working, I didn't feel a need to report it here.

Messages from the crew has been broken for a long time, and I miss those.

Galaxy at War still works, so I'm "Happy" with it!

How did you get your error message in Landscape mode? My iPad is always in Landscape and when things are portrait only, I generally stop using them...

Hey bioware... How about some acknowledgement of this issue. Let us know If there is someone working on it or if the service is no longer in the plans or will be continued..

Dont just ****ing ignore us in ever phase of social media.

who else do i need to contact.... shall i go to facebook as well?  call customer service hotline?

i turned the ipad that way... it rotates

Hang on mate, keep your shirt on.
This is a free app anyway, so i wouldnt expect them to jump to fix it.

It looks more like an issue connecting to facebook to me, rather than a problem with the App.

I've had to wipe my iPad for work.
I'll reinstall DataPad and see what happens...give me few mins ok?

Ah,  I see the problem.  Did you read your error message that you posted up?

It is indeed a fault with the facebook feed.

It reads,
""Facebook Syndication Error
This feed URL is no longer valid.  Visit this page to find the new URL , if you have access: <ahref="http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id+256213217787402">http://www.facebook....61321778742</a>

I'd bet they have changed their facebook page settings somehow and broken the feed.

Ugh. I found out too late. Here's hoping BioWare is at least aware of the problem and will tell us something soon. I'm already losing galactic readiness...

Yup. Just updated iOS 6 and GaW does not work. It just keeps saying I need an Internet connection. Please fix this, Bioware. I actually enjoy this app. It keeps my score at 100% when I can't play the game. Please patch this!

Same here. Loved this app, earned me a lot of exp by keeping my readiness without playing. I feel detached without an easy news feed to the mass effect universe. =( And IOS6 broke the Galaxy map, so now I'm really out in the dark. Please fix!

I also started having the same problem ever since I updated to the latest iOS. Can't connect to the GaW at all..

I'm also having the same problem since putting iOS 6 on the iPad. However it does work some of the time so it's not completely broken for me. Interestingly, my 4S with 5.1.1 is lso unable to access the GaW rught now. This app has been out for months now so you think it would be stable by now.

What is sad is we have to turn to twitter and facebook to get any notice or word of anything. You expect some help in the technical support forum of the game you are requiring technical support.

Note, that is part of Answers HQ, where the responses are from Users, not developers.  I'm not sure if that is an improvement over this Forum.

I have this issue as well - since I updated the ios on my ipod. but also wish to note that when I first login to ME3 (PC) I also have issues with the GaW map. What's going on.........

The gaw part of the app is also not working! When are you going to fix this bioware!
