First, apologies to Asbestos, who was trying to compile all this stuff the first time around, and we totally hijacked that thread into solving the OTS riddle.
Second, and I said this in the riddle thread, there are two possiblities. OTS actually knows something and has been dropping clues in some of his posts. Or he's just having some forum fun in a creative way, and using vague enough information that fits well enough that it's believable, even if it's all conjecture on his part.
For now I'm going with he knows something. Why, because it's fun to believe and it's been pretty entertaining participating in a couple of the prophecy threads.
I just wasted the last 30 minutes (the ones I should have spent all warm and toasty in my bed), rereading some of the OTS prophecies that have popped up. What I have seen is:
Collectors as enemy - Comments in this thread by him also use the word
Retaliate, point to new Turians, and suggest that guns will be able to be fired in different ways (2 comments) - "I foresee a great future for your weapons, may they soon fire many different ways." "May the elements of death guide you, child! Weapons are fueled in many ways but only one path allows you difference."
- But he also insisted that he did not work at Bioware, nor did he have friends at Bioware
A fix for Geth Farming - Hints that White will no longer be suitable for Geth farming, and specifically that a Geth grenade class could be part of the answer.
Firefight Pack Predition - The only confirmed prediction I know of. Seemed to know the names of two of the guns from the Firefight pack before it was announced.
New Sentinel Prediction - A prediction for a Sentinel with Dominate, Sabotage and Defense Matrix named the Eclipse. Hints at a Mercenaries themed character.
Retaliation DLC name Prediction - Asbestos started a thread about the OTS predictions, and OTS dropped a riddle into the middle of it. The solution to the riddle was Retaliation, a word that will bring joy and is "a name to something everyone wants."

Haha, love this post. Join the fun man. Worst case scenario I look like a fool come Wednesday or when the DLC arrives with a completely different name.
