seven thousand crew for a dreadnought? o_O

You'd think there'd be a bit more automation and VI assistence.  What?  They got a crew member holding up each plate that constructs the ship?

As for the content of the OP, seems like most of it would've been a vast improvement.  Pity.

Yep I know but they were also involved with Cerberus in some mess... otherwise for me are both VS just a cancer to be cut off, always when I have a chance as would say Javik : Throw it out of airlock...

As I understand there was Cerberus trying to show Shepard as mass murderer on Eden Prime and Udina should take off his SPECTRE rank to interfer Shepard's war with Reaper. There is no context in game why Udina betrayed Shepard.

There is no context in game for very many things and that's bad.  And almost all this stuff from leaked script feels natural for the game. Only reason - absurd deadlines.

I realy want Director's Cut to be, but there will be nothing, that for sure. Except for Retake Omega DLC, which was in game, but there was not enough time to make it work.

Also, that guy who found all this stuff also saying that role of Javik was more important before he became DLC-character.

Actually, Javik was The Catalyst (not who we saw in game) and conflict between Shepard and Cerberus was about having him on their side. At Cronos station Cerberus was torturing Javik and we have to free him and kill Kai Leng after.

And yes, I will be satisfied if Bioware will release Director's Cut with almost all this stuff instead of this artistic mystification around Indoctrination Theory, Crucible and everything else.

Just as long as the VS treatment is nor there, I'll be happy. The VS treatment was horrible.

You don't want to kill Liara? How dare you! :P

I don't care that Liara was in that sitaution, in fact I would not care if it was save Liara and save dsquadmate you take. What I have an issue and what alot had was that not only was VS handled poorly, betrayed ytou many times and refused to trust you, Bioware tries to hard to make oyu pick Liara because of this, oh and the fact that Ash/Kaidan already had an event like this?

No, I was never against a similar concept, I'm against putting the VS in a similar event AGAIN and trying so hard to make me hate them. Also I'm a Liara fan, so killing Liara is not even in my mind.

Funny thing is just as much stuff got cut from ME1 and ME2 if past info is to be believed.

Why no similar uproar to have a DC of thsoe games?

Face it guys, things get cut and changed 100 times over in most games. Or do you all not remember the huge different from E3 2006 Mass Effect and what we got in 07?

Not saying ti was bad and 2006 was better, but it WAS different. Stuff like that happens

edit: Now i'm not sitting here and saying none of this would be nice to have, far from it, but at this point I think we need to start being more realistic than focuses on what COULD have been, As I said, what COULD of been 6 years ago was and could of been different than what we got 5 years ago.

Hindsight will always be 20/20 and unfortunately also suffers from Grass is greener syndrome at times.

Not all was good in the leaked script, a lot of things where not finished or did not fit with other story parts that existed allready. And most important: BW could have never done all the things they had in mind.
A couple more months could have made ME3 better, no doubt, but it would nkt have made it to that raw draw we found in the leak.

And now we wait for the studio to split, declare ME3 not in standing with the rest of the series and release Mass Effect *insert goofy title here*

Just like FEAR...

Seeing all this cut content makes me want to flip a table. I knew that some stuff had been cut, but so much!? This game could have been amazing...

Not to mention that VS gets hit by an idiot ball. Kai Leng who had 28347534 run-ins with Anderson can totally pose as Alliance undetected and is working closely with VS and VS doesn't suspect anything trololo

Why are some saying "cut content?"

These seem more like concepts. There is a big difference.

Yeah. The only difference is that ME1 and ME2 didn't have early versions of their scripts leaked, so we don't have as much to compare.

For example, I remember reading that BioWare toyed with the idea of being able to save both Ashley and Kaidan in New Game + earlier in ME1's development.

This makes me wish they made something like a directors cut of the game. A lot of this stuff would have greatly enhanced the experience.

How about a Fan's Cut.

Like I said it a few times before.... THE POTENTIAL! ME3 could've been great! But Bioware wanted it to be mediocre.

That's assinine. Nobody want's to make a mediocre game.

Nobody wants mediocre grades either but actions are more important than words.

Not even a rumor: you can find the audio files on youtube.

It was so sickeningly sycophantic and player-worshiping that I almost threw up in my mouth when I heard it.

I looked it up.

This would have completely ruined the Virmire situation for me.

At least after this situation about ending (six month left and still this forum is big holywar) Bioware will learn that you should never **** with your fans and never listen to EA when they say "you should release your game in March, because there is no annual sport simulator or racing game that we can release at that time".

And as I know from trusted source: this rush makes more damage than just affect ME3 quality. As I know a lot of talented stuff left all branches of Bioware, because of EA.

And I have hope that EA will correct their business model and differentiate their top AAA games and all this annual self-cloned crap.

Bioware's decisions on put in/off some content some times are very strange. For those of you who didn't know: piece of N7 armor on Legion's body actually had a story that was taken place between Normandy destruction and Shepard's ressurection.

Shadow Broker was transporting Shepard's body on his ship Shadowthrone. Legion was on that ship too as "cargo". Then he begins to explore that ship and start hearing shots. It's Liara attacking the ship for Shepard's body. After some chat the came to agreement and begin to cooperate. So they made it to Liara's ship, but before flying away they should take off Shepard's armor and put his body in stasis field not to make it disintegrate. After doing that somebody shot Legion (that's how he had hole in his body) and he disactivates. Liara flying away. After that game was as we know it.

Before going to Omega Normandy reaches the signal from Shadowthore. It was drifting for two years since Liara gone with Shepard's body. Legion been activated and killed all the crew. Ship's engine was hardly damaged. He fixed himself with Shepard's armor and switched to hybernation mode.

Do you know why this was excluded from the final game? Because it was very complicated for people who never played ME1. And I'm thinking now that everything was excluded from ME3 for quiet same reason: too complex for newbies.

I'm pretty sure that opening is fake. Chris L'Etoile (Legions' ME2 writer) has never made any mention of it.

That said, Legion seemed to have played a larger role in the earlier concept for ME2. There were a few trailers after ME2 was first revealed (Such as the Enemies of Mass Effect trailer) that mentioned that Legion would "stalk" Shepard on several occassions.

If you read the linked post, the author makes it clear there are three scripts embedded in the files he mined - he is quoting from the "we're probably not going to use these" script for most of his quotes. They retained those things so that they had the OPTION of using them if rewrites brought them back into play.

So the all the random missions in Mass Effect 3, originally had a plot line to tying them all together.

Fake or not fake - it doesn't important. But I'm sure that Legion was available before Omega. You can see on YouTube, that game's resources have his dialogues relative to almost everything beginning with Omega. Just watch this video.
