Weapons and powers are great. I don't need any more classes or weapons though (there is more weapon and classes than types of enemy...).
Haven't played the MP for three weeks, but I've really enjoyed it.
What I need is a lot of maps, 2 new enemy factions, new musics and more customisations. And a lot of bug fixing (bugs prevent me to play vanguards for months).
What makes Multi-Player fun for you?

I like the variety of trying different classes and different builds with different playstyles. The number of playable characters is impressive, and I've had a lot of fun doing different things with them. The ability to synergize weapons and powers, biotics and tech, melee etc. with each other makes for an immense payoff for good teamwork.
The store/unlock system isn't that great since it's set up as a casino, but aside from that I like that there are so many weapons to unlock and that you can spend time upgrading them and whatnot. Gear, amps, and consumables all make for a nice overall meta-game to compliment the otherwise unconnected matches.
My 2¢

Pretty much all of it.
Killing them in new ways is good though. classes with the same powers is terrible.

Number one reason for me is simple:
It's Mass Effect!
I would not have logged as many hours as I have into ME3 Multiplayer if I wasn't already invested in the story and the world in which it is set.
Don't get me wrong, the gameplay is decently well balanced and fast paced with tight controls. I think that the core gameplay is in fact better than other third person shooters such as GoW3 and Uncharted. There are number of glaring deficiencies, in that there is only one mode and 3 types of enemies to fight , but the core gameplay itself makes up for that largely. There is a lot of potential!
However, I think keeping everything "lore sensitive" is great and keeps me coming back. Who doesn't want to smack fools as a Batarian or be a Geth sniper? I love the little lore tidbits, the ongoing story in the operations etc etc.
There are a lot of great things about multiplayer and the team itself should be commended but I think it's important to remember that a lot of players are here because we're invested in the Mass Effect story and universe. Keep feeding me more of that and I'll be a happy, paying fan.

- Biotic and tech powers
- the different guns
Because it has so many options to customize the own character, weapons, mods and powers. This makes it a unique multiplayer experience.

I'm a rabid Mass Effect fan, and I likely could never get enough Mass Effect, but I'm not particularly competitive. I think for me what makes the MP fun is a combination of Co-op play and the alien races.
I really think being able to play with asari, krogan, humans, turians, salarians etc. together as a galaxy united really strikes at the theme that comes to fruition over the course of the trilogy in Mass Effect's latest installment.
The MP element personifies simple things like the bachelor party on Illium in ME2 where a turian, salarian and human are nonchalantly presented as friends out on the town, Charr and the Blue Rose of Illium, or more serious ones like Mordin reevaluating the justification of the genophage or the asari commando unit on Thessia sacrificing themselves for a human.
I very much hope that other Mass Effect games are forthcoming. It would be tragic if the most impressive sci-fi universe I've been fortunate to take part of doesn't blossom further in the future.
The current ME trilogy is Shepard's story, a human story. Here's to hoping storytelling avenues open to the well-crafted alien races as well.

multiplicity of stuff in general, compare with Dark Souls, which I love - lots of maps, enemies, skills, classes, weapons, the more the better - I enjoy playing as long as I have more stuff to unlock and can get even more overpowered

The characters, the powers, the weapons, the appearance options, the cooperative gameplay, and the variation of everything you can utilize to customize all of it however you prefer it to be (especially in situations where no one way is the only way to go- I like the idea of having my own unique setups/builds that few (if any) other people share). On top of everything else, the strategy element really gets me, I love having people planning and working together in order to achieve the goal (and having it be such that when people don't strategize well, they lose horribly and painfully, as it should be). All in all, it's a lot of fun and I hope it keeps being fun for as long as possible (i.e. more DLC, continued server support, sufficient player base, etc).
And of course it bears mention that I didn't expect to like the MP and only came to this game for the SP. ME1 was amazing and I loved everything about it (sans Mako), ME2 kicked ass (although it introduced ammo... was not/am not happy at all about that), and after being hooked so thoroughly on the story I came to ME3 very excited to see how it all played out. When I first played the MP, it took me a bunch of games to really start to get into it, but after playing enough matches to get my galactic readiness up I found myself starting to get hooked on the MP as well. I love the novelty of playing with all the alien races, and everything else about it (as described above) presented itself as too much fun to pass up.

Biotic Explosions are fun. Vorcha are fun. Krogan are fun. Snap Freeze and Omni Shields are fun.
In an attempt to provide more useful feedback: the multiplayer on ME3 is fun because in general, the game rewards teamwork, and actually keeps the characters distinct from one another more or less. It's possible to play the game at least six different ways, and probably more ways than that. Some characters seem to have one build and only one build that works best, but some characters can provide two or three effective builds to add to the variety of gameplay.
There are some fun weapons; between the Scorpion, Reegar, Kishok, Saber, Indra, Hornet, Pirahnna, Acolyte and others, the game does have a good variety of firearms which compliment a variety of playstyles.

Love the survival aspect, and love all of the new characters and guns, and the new ones that are added in with each dlc. I'll be honest, without mp DLC I wouldn't still be playing, it gets so boring trying to unlock ultra rares

BTW, you folks do a Fantastic job of creating multiplayer maps that flow well and aren't asymetrical. I've gotten so tired of that over the years. (and I've been playing on line nearly 20 years now.) ...yes.. the industry is that old...

OK, where to begin. This is the first MP game I've played, all the rest have been SP or off line versions of MP.
What I like:
What I like:
- I like the different characters and different builds I can do with each character. About the only character I don't play is the Vorcha. Always appreciate it, seeing those who make it work, so that is a personal preference thing.
- Powers. I mostly play a caster, except when I'm running a destroyer or demolisher. Always spec for max CD and spam whatever works for my casters, such as reave, shadow strike, dark channel, warp (when it works, same for the other balistic powers), plus all the support powers (bubble, tac scan).
- I like the various weapons, enough variety that I can find those that suit my style, plus the mods, which allows me to personalize my weapons for my playing style. Have not found a shotgun I like, yet. Maybe in the next DLC?
- PUGs--I'm on PC, most of my friends are on Xbox, I've watched all the "play date" gymnastics, much prefer just to jump on line when it is convenient, so the PUGs are what work for me. Plus get to see a bunch of different playing styles, what works, what doesn't, what can be hugely fun when a PUG comes together as a team.
- I like to promote. I get bored with a single build on a single character, so I promote all the time and start a new character, with a new build, with a new weapon loadout (even try shotguns).
- BSN. Learned a lot from these pages. Would never have been able to solo without help from all the posts. Plus the videos to show how it is done. The humor. A lot of really smart, talented folks who have made me laugh.
- DLC. You've added so much, maps, characters, weapons, it has made MP a lot of fun. Looking forward to the next one.
- Balance. You take a lot of heat for it, but I think you are showing a learning curve with the nerfs and buffs. Of course, upon today's release, I may be proven wrong, but I think you are getting better at making the game better, overall.
- Consumable amps, ammo, etc. All the gear should be like the gear bonus. Consumables should be limited to missiles, medigel, ops packs and clips. Make level I gear common, level II uncommon, level III rare and level IV ultra-rare and make it all like the bonus gear, in that you outfit it when you start the game, it sticks until you change it or you leave the game and it is waiting for you when you come back.
- Bugs and glitches. I know you guys are working on a patch, but so many bugs, so many glitches, geez.
- Servers. Don't know what the problem is, but from what I've read on BSN, other MP games don't have all these problems. Since it crosses platforms and types of connections, some may be on the user end, but I think a lot lives on your end.
- Speed of the various loading windows. What's the deal? I separate this from bugs or server, this seems to be an altogether different issue. It shouldn't be an issue. Not in 2012.
- No one likes the store, so nothing new to say here.

Playing with friends after a long day at work.
Cutting things with the N7 Shadow.
Lobbing grenades with the Asari Vanguard.
Powers are interesting, but because majority of the powers available except for the last 2 DLC are available on SP, I just find them repetitive.

Powers and weapons.
You get rewarded (credits/xp) for beating a coop match.
Buy packs with your own hard earned credits. The best part is that you don't know which items/characters you will get!!! D2 style!
Most of the maps are awesome

classes, builds, weapons, gameplay (mixing power and weapon).
Tood bad that the potential is limited by the only horde mode; i would love to enjoy all of it in coop mode, and may be more customisation for our characters (and a female paladin !)
But i'm sure Bioware is cooking something for the future... may be a full spin off of ME ?

The gameplay is still a lot of fun. What initially drew me to it was being able to play in the Mass Effect universe as someone other than Shepard. Its great to be an alien!

I enjoy playing with friends for the most part to share in the universe of Mass Effect. I enjoy unlocking new character and items. Really loved the N7 classes. Oh and I finally got to play as a freaking Krogan. The only problem I have it's just horde mode... it's just need something like a campaign mode or anything that add's variety to the game to keeps us from doing the same thing over and over.

The unique races of Mass Effect are a big draw for me, though the current system can be extremely disappointing when the race you want to play ends up not being very good.
I also really like the power system in this game. It really helps keep gameplay interesting. My fury doesn't play anything like my quarian engineer (fix her please!), neither plays like my asari vanguard, etc.
