What makes MP fun for me is when my AV can net a Great White Atlas and also, the Harrier.
What makes Multi-Player fun for you?

I'll just copypasta what I put in a similar thread earlier, it sums it up pretty well. I would add that I like unlocking and upgrading stuff, and I'd very much like to be able to do it faster, thanks.

I just love it because I find each game exciting, I play PUGs mostly and that makes it unpredictable and fun. I like seeing how much less crappy I am getting, and I mix up classes and guns for the variety.
I dont take it too seriously, and I know I'm not good enough to guarantee success, so each game (usually silver, or bronze to level up) has enough challenge to engage me but not so much that I get bored of getting beaten.
I like all the maps except Condor and Reactor, so that's all good. I love the sound of my Sabre, the way my Scorpion chunks the enemies makes me chuckle, my geth turret is my best floaty friend. I also like the Valiant, my Harrier, Sabotaging stuff and the Indra.
Mostly, it's cool when a ragtag team of randoms gets it together in the face of possible defeat and fully extracts. I always want a full extraction, cos otherwise we lost.
On the other hand, I detest Banshees but not as much as Ravagers. They really ****** me off.

It's fullfilling my wishes. All I wanted from ME3 was Multiplayer - and assault on Ardat Yakshi Monastery in Single Player. However, the late wasn't just that satisfying.

Powers and classes, definitely. Figuring out different effective builds, min-maxing, weapon and power synergy, all that stuff. It's about using the tools the game gives you to become powerful. Great stuff!

well.
when the game works its always fun.
when I don't get disconnected at wave 10
When the spacebar doesn't kill me
when people are not crying for nerfs on BSN
when I open an PSP and I get new weapons and characters.
When I don't get headaches after playing with the GI.
that's when the game it's fun

the races for me. powers and guns are fun but being able to play the other races and hear some of the quotes y'all (Bioware) put in are fun and entertaining.

Making effective builds for all my toons keeps me playing. Also, unlocking stuff.

Pretty much all of the multiplayer minus the cheap tactics the Geth use.

I really enjoy the combat. And the way you can combine different powers and weapons.

I enjoy the character customization. Ability to try different builds and experiment.

Its the metagame for me. Just going for that maxed out manifest (though it will probably never happen) and being able to say "yea, I did that."

Few reasons make MP fun for me.
1) Combat system is awesme
2) playing w/ friends and talking about using weird & unique set ups w/ them.
3) Fairly consistent additions to MP through DLC. <-- by far the biggest for me. A lot of characters are fun for a while but I like new toys like all the other kids.

Geth cheating really ruins the game.
Next time there's a multiplayer faction that seems to soft, give them more armor/health/shields. Don't turn them into stun lock glitchers.

The team work. This is the only multi-player game I've played where people actually work together. Every match I've played people are always reviving, working together on objectives, bringing bosses down together. There are people who don't do that, but they tend to be singled out quite quickly.
Also the upgrade system. I kind of get excited every time I open a PSP or SP just to see what's inside it.

Just general playing with friends. I'd have to say classes are the biggest difference. Shadow and Salarian Infiltrator are immense fun.

I really like unlocking new things (even if lots of them are useless gears like pistol+sniper damage)
I also love trying out new builds and love playing this because it is a co-op game so people are not always arguing and name calling eachother like on certain FPS games...
Plus its mass effect and there is a ton of customization you can do to your character/team.

The co-operative aspect of the game; whether it be with friends where you work out builds to complement eachother (tactical and silly, my two favourite games involved Gold with all-Turian and all-Asari squads) or when you're playing games with random people and despite there being little to no communication, you still manage to work co-operatively.
I'd also say being able to play the game as the other races.

Ability to customize weapons/characters based on enemy types, difficulty etc. Do wish we could customize our characters armor as we're able to do in SP though, something akin to how Halo: Reach does theres would be sweet.
Also that feeling when you finally unlock a UR is fun & of course playing with friends.

The multiple character options keep me coming back. Even if the three enemy factions may get a little stagnant, having so many different characters (and numerous different builds within themselves) means that I never have to play the same way if I don't want to. That much variety just blows Gears of War Horde Mode out of the water for me.
