Why don't you just give Krogans and Batarians stagger resistance like you did the Kroguard? And why not just make the Turian one of the fastest classes in the game? It's meant to be THE military race after all...
We are planning to address the stagger issue on Krogans and Batarians in a future update, but that kind of change can't be done with the weekly live updates.

So it's clear that they won't give Turians a dodge.
That's correct, we can't add/remove actions through live updates.

Maybe now the "High risk questionable reward" Biotic Charge power finally can compete with the "low risk high reward" cloaked Infiltrator taking advantage of the high damage bonus on his sniper while killing the Atlas in no time from a safe distance.
Thanks for also making me give the Turians another try. They were already collecting a lot of dust.

Seems like Batarians got shield/hp buffs too. Nothing mentioned about that.

When I was trying out my Turians against Geth I really loathed the fact that my Assault Rifle gunfire was interrupted many many times just because some Geth came around the corner and was able to hit me with a bullet. And all I could do to retaliate was to wait until the stagger effect had worn off.
So thanks for addressing the issue!

(i stop-watched it in singleplayer once, was it not 1200RPM? anything faster in the game? well, at least not much...) - but just with extremely similar damage-per-shot stats to the mattock
(according to the balance-changes sticky-thread) and since earth-DLC with absolute zero recoil if you wish to - ouch, that is insane guys!
(yes, i mean that the SMG-stability-dampener(5) reduces its recoil by amazing 70% (what alone makes a not too small downgrade really much urgent to this very special piece - in my eyes at least...) and the barrage upgrade(5) gear bonus for real eliminates the other 30% recoil of a gun also, if this second to "hurricaners" very fortunate upgrade is wished to install as well!).
and as i guess all of your previous and by now even a bit pretty old tweaking-ups to this piece as to be minded as comprehention for its monsterous muzzle-climb, that had make it hit close to about nothing from farer than very close range if not used with "two-round-single-shots" - how it comes then that you have not downgraded it again yet, so many weeks after this DLC that has taken away all that as such suspected former legibility for its established stats?
i mean, you guys are sitting there investing so many time and effort in trying to prevent any of this typhical "ueber-gun-scenarios" to a game for the ME3-multiplayer, now we have it (i think) - but, still - scince so many weeks just nothing!
or am i getting anything wrong with this gun/ its former tweaks?
well, at least i am a bit buffed about it, if anyone knows/ thinks to know it the better - i would really like to read that
(as it would in any way either make me feel better in equipping anything else than this only single piece i do not have in multiplayer - or it would support me in my crying for a downgrade to it...

Turian & Batarian Fitness Powers
- Base health/shield bonus increased from 15% to 25%
- Rank 2 health/shield bonus increased from 10% to 15%
- Evolve 2 health/shield bonus increased from 15% to 20%
- Evolve 6 health/shield bonus increased from 25% to 30%
Good reason, to start play as Turian / Batarian with this bonusses, so thanks !
Indeed i like this two races in MP, and now i can play.
Otherwise...
I look for some improvments for Geth Engineer, is one of my favorite classes, but i don't play them anymore because...
Is to weak for me, in gold or platinium.

Awesome, now buff the smgs and the assault rifles that pale in comparison to the Harrier.
except most people still prefer SMG's and other AR's over harrier due to the weight and ammo capacity issues, i see no problem here.

You see, the hurricane has unique mechanics. Like when you charge a GPShotgun shot, you use 2 ammo suddenly vs. 1, when the hurricane fires it uses 2 ammo rather than 1, to give off the impression of firing faster than it really does. This allows it to not be way overpowered. It's actual RoF is 650, or ~10.8333 rounds per second, which empties it's (essentially 20) 20-round clip in only a few seconds. It's damage per bullet is ~1 less than a Mattock or Harrier, if all 3 were at rank X, however the Hurricane starts at a higher damage per bullet at rank 1 than the Mattock/Harrier, and increases by a smaller amount of damage per bullet per rank increase. It's DPS is high, but perfectly acceptable for an N7 weapon, esp. a unique promotional weapon that's hard to level quickly, with its accuracy and kick. It has accuracy issues which makes combat past mid-range difficult without modifiers, and the Kick is baaaad... every mod and equipment you spend balancing its stability you cannot use to boost it's damage. Weapons like the Harrier, Piranha, Typhoon, PPR, Reegar, and more can match and even beat the Hurricane DPS, but every gun has its advantages AND drawbacks, and before you call for a nerf, consider what negatives a weapon has and if it's truly "OP" and if, perhaps, it's not just right, esp. considering higher difficulties. (I.E. Piranha has the highest base DPS of any gun I know, but it has the accuracy of a drunk blind man, thus, on platinum, sure, you can kill things faster, but you have to be reeeaaally close and exposed to do that... and on Platinum you get dropped faster than any other difficulty. Is the Piranha actually OP and worth it, then? I think the Piranha and Typhoon have been rebalanced nicely) Good Job BioWare!
