How do I register my **** game and get all the goodies? I bought the
Steam Deluxe Version, I can't for the life of me understand this
crapistic process (at one point I did manage to use 1 out of those 3 CD
key Steam gave me, but I still can't see anything when I start the
game). Can someone help me? 

I already have an EA account, right
now I have 0 downloadable stuff when I start the game, nothing. What to
do? This is so **** confusing...[smilie]../../../../images/forum/emoticons/sick.png[/smilie]

Have a similar problem. Apparantly steam created a new Bioware social network login for me with some of the downloadable content available. Unfortunately I already registered my promo key with this account. The result is, that the DLC registered for this account wont load as I start the game, because Steam logges me in to the cerberus network with the automatically created account....

This really sucks.

Log into your BSN account;

Profile;

Redeem Promo Codes for the non-Game keys and Register Game for the Game keys.



Sorted. I bought both Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 through Steam and it worked fine.

same problem here, bought Deluxe edition from steam, registered the code on my bioware account but nothinh shows up on the download part in DA:O screen

Have you redeemed the promo codes (it is separate from registering the game)? The DLCs you can download are shown under "profile" -> "my registered game promotions". If they are listed there, but still don't show in the game look in this thread for some ideas on how to fix it: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613
