I think this was the 4th time. Soon after the new MP balance changes: your connection to the ME3 server has been lost. When I returned, 2 of my engineers were reset. I've written about this before and I don't have any hopes that this bug will be fixed but what made me post this was the irony: my 2 engineers got reset while I was re-skilling a sentinel that got reset the PREVIOUS time I suffered from this bug
