What class should I play next in SP?

I have played every class at least once.  I think I might go through the game again, but I am not sure what class I should play.  So does anyone have any suggestions.

I have a poll here, but it would be (more) helpful to post here and describe a certain build on a class rather than simply voting.  Really that is more like what I am looking for, but listing every permutation in a poll is, well, problemmatic.

The only thing that is sort of interesting that I can think of is a No-Charge Novaguard, probably with Slam as a bonus power.  I am not completely sure I want to do a Vanguard, but this should feel different enough.

I am open to suggestions.

If anything I am probably the least likely to do Soldier again since I have done that class the most.

Vanilla Soldier with Vindicator and Black Widow
Energy Drain Soldier with Revenant and Black Widow
Fire Shotgun Soldier with Carnage, with a dash of Indra
Four Gun Cryo Soldier with a brief foray into Four Gun Tech Burst Soldier

So for Soldier if I do it again I would like something a bit different.

I would go for the sentinal with chakram rifle and play it on insane; you can take some damage and do some damage (very acurate gun I must say).
Also this class can mix some bio and tech powers, together with special ammo.
Should be fun.

I know you are on PC. I recommend playing like a console player and limit yourself to 3 active powers.

1) Vanguard:
I already mentioned Chargless NovaGuard to you before (Nova + Shockwave + Reave/Dark Channel).
Another chargless Vanguard would be Pull + Shockwave + Carnage for a ME1-type feel.

2) Here is a Sentinel I plan to try, but I have to bring him/her all the way up from ME1 first, so you could try it before me. Plays a little like an Adept:
Slam + Throw + Warp
It is the only way I would find the Sentinel interesting, apart from Kronner's Biotic Bomber and Walking Armory build. I think you may have already done that though.

3) I am probably going to resurrect my Puppet Master Engineer soon, but if you want to give it a go first, be my guest. Dominate + Sabotage. Mix with Cryo Blast, Combat Drone, or Overload/Incinerate as you see fit.

4) Drone-casting Engineer: Combat Drone + Sentry Turret + Decoy

5) Cloakless Infiltrator? Maybe Incinerate + Sabotage + Sticky Grenades.
Or maybe as a gimped Engineer with Incinerate + Sabotage + Energy Drain. Without Cloak, you lose a lot of your power damage.

That's all I got

I guess I haven't really used the Chakram Launcher all that much.  Mainly I like more precise guns, but maybe something like this could work.  Vanilla Sentinel's tech isn't very strong, so I would need a good bonus.  Or  maybe I could just try to freeze everything and detonate it with Tech Armor and the CL.

I will probably only start games from Level 1 from now on so as to limit the points. I have never been a huge fan of a whole bunch of powers, so I wouldn't mind minimizing them.  My AR Vanguard basically just used Pull, Charge, and Slam.  If you mean 3 including squad powers, then that is a bit different.  Although I did mainly just use Q and E all through ME2 :)

1) Vanguard:

Carnage is an interesting idea.  If I did a no-charge character it would definitely have Nova.

My Sentinel started out as a Warp/Throw spammer with Warp ammo then transitioned into the Biotic Bomber.  Playing it like that is why I avoided a standard Adept.  Didn't use Slam on the class though... Slam or Cryo Blast into Tech Armor Detonation might be interesting.

3) I am probably going to resurrect my Puppet Master Engineer soon, but if you want to give it a go first, be my guest. Dominate + Sabotage. Mix with Cryo Blast, Combat Drone, or Overload/Incinerate as you see fit.

I will leave this one to you, especially since you did a whole series for ME2. :)

4) Drone-casting Engineer: Combat Drone + Sentry Turret + Decoy

That would definitely be different then how I played my Engineer (very MP-ish with Overload, Incinerate, Sabotage).  One other thing I thought about was doing something like Eclipse Engineer with just a Drone and Incinerate basically.

5) Cloakless Infiltrator? Maybe Incinerate + Sabotage + Sticky Grenades.
Or maybe as a gimped Engineer with Incinerate + Sabotage + Energy Drain. Without Cloak, you lose a lot of your power damage.

You get some back with Tech Vulnerability.  I had also discounted a no-cloak infiltrator, but this makes me think about something like a "ME1" Infiltrator.  Sabotage and Incinerate + Marksman as a bonus power.  I realize they didn't have Incinerate back in Mass Effect, but there isn't a good way to get Overload onto an Infiltrator.

I tried a Drone/Turret/Decoy engineer: it's not that great. Drone is blah and Turret is too fragile to be effective. Decoy would be your only useful power.

What about a CQC Sentinel....

Energy Drain, Reave, Defense Matrix or Fortification for bonus power
Must use shotgun, scoped pistol is optional
No biotic combos
Offensive Tech armor evolutions.
Everything else is up to you.

Hmm right now Adept has the most votes, has a couple comments in the polls, but nobody mentioned it in the thread. I will say right now that I am not going to do a Throw spamming Adept, so that is out. I already did a CQB Adept with Shockwave and no Pull or Throw. While that was (mostly) fun, I would be looking for something different. xassantex suggested I do an Adept with just Pull and that would certainly be different, although it would be strange having 100 extra points :)

More interesting are the 3 votes for "Don't play SP again." :)

For Adept, perhaps take Inferno Grenade as your bonus power, and use it only to increase your grenade count. Then focus on max power damage for your Cluster Grenades.

Not sure what your power setup could be, maybe Cluster Grenades + Singularity + Pull? I believe Cluster Grenades has an evolution that does extra damage to lifted targets. Or maybe Cluster Grenades + Singularity + Warp.

For the record, I voted Engineer, but I am thinking I should have voted Vanguard. Oh well.

Well that's ok... I am not going to automatically do what gets the most votes. ;)

Especially because what I am really looking for are interesting builds or weapon combos.

Maybe what I should have really asked is "what would you want to see someone do?"  Which is how the whole ReaveSoldier and then AR Vanguard got started for ME2 :)

Trying to come up with unique builds in ME3 is difficult, since at level 57 you can have all but one power maxed, and almost everything combos into something else. So trying to come up with a unique power set or playstyle is difficult, the Adept especially since I cannot think of any 3 biotic powers that will not explode.

Fortunately I will start from Level 1, so I will only be Level 50 or so by the end. But yes, they give you too many points, or allow you to level too quickly.

I have made two Engineer runs. The first using mainly powers as distraction, the latest using powers as my main source of damage (and a Heavy Pistol, SMG, Indra, or Wraith depending on my mood). It was the funniest run I had in ME3, especially with EDI, the Combat Drone and the Turret specced for rockets. You can set and detonate three types of combo: it's really satisfying and sometimes spectacular:)
Adepts are boring, at least for me, after being my favorites in ME1 and ME2. I always try to use other combos than "DarkChannel/Reave/Singularity + Throw", but ended up using that again and again for some reason.
Sentinels and Infiltrators are great but somewhat easy.
(Vanguards don't appeal to me.)
Soldiers have 3 types of ammos. It's too much for me.

You could probably get away with a Saboteur that just has Sabotage and a some sort of gun.

Although I tried a couple things in my Engineer run, it was mainly just a guy with a Vindicator running around using Overload and trying to get Tech Bursts with CS, Incinerate, or Warp. I did finally learn how good Sabotage was, but that was later in the game (Engineer was the second class I played in SP).

Actually I suppose an Engineer with Marksman would actually be the way to make a psuedo ME1 Infiltrator. Overload, Sabotage, and Marksman. Hmmm...

Closed the poll.

Adept had the most votes followed by Vanguard.

I decided to do a No Charge Novaguard. That's sort of like an Adept...
