The cheeks are always 'sunk' in on my FemShep. I want to go for a Samara-like look. Requires a wide jaw line and cheeks that aren't shallow. But I can't seem to do this in the character editor.

Making the chin wider often helps to give that "defined" jaw look. Play around with moving mouth up or down and depth of mouth. That might help (maybe). Have fun!
