Viper is better in my opinion since you can consistently land headshots, and it's even a bit lighter than the Raptor.

I found the Rof very weird. It's like it would stall or lag. Even in SP it had poor mechanics.

I like it on my Salarian Infiltrator, just cloak, use energy drain to stun, fill them with bullets. Nice mix.

Agreed.
Although I think they'll buff more popular weapons.
I wouldn't mind a ROF buff on the Tempest, like even 10%.

My friend who started at the same time I did fell in love with the Mattock as I did with the Raptor. The Mattock got buffed, the Raptor did not. Months and many unlocked weapons later, he's still using the Mattock. I discovered the Saber and never looked back.
