Which is exactly what I think the raptor should do. In fact, I don't think it should take more than 5-6 body shots to kill one on gold with a Raptor on a class with nothing but passive damage bonuses.

Fire rate is still subjective. It can fire that fast but that does not mean everyone is slamming the trigger as fast as possible. And flawless accuracy is nice with stationary targets but most enemies think this is a dancing game. Numbers on paper, that's one thing, actual play is another.
All in all I would like to see 150 damage per shot and see where it's at (just a bit higher than your suggested 135).

That's nice. I wasn't aware you are everybody. And I didn't mean people can't fire it that fast, more that people don't fire it that fast.

Weapon weight is a far stronger indication of how powerful something should be. Tell me why a heavy gun should be weaker then a ligher one? Weight hurts you. Rarity doesn't.

Yeah, I slipped a bit. I was thinking of solving a different problem by fixing the raptor. It's was a bit wonky. Marauders just kill way too damn quickly.
I guess I was just thinking, if they're dead their ridiculous RoF, damage/shot, accuracy and atomic elbow of doom wouldn't matter. lol.

That's why they're UR's.
I'm not going to say UR's shouldn't be more powerful, but they shouldn't comepletely negate another weapons usefulness.
Even though the Harrier exists, the Mattock still has a place where it can be used in the MP. With the Indra and the Raptor however, there is abolutely no point in even having the raptor.
Hell, The raptor is pretty much outclassed by nearly every other uncommon weapon too, and on par with the Viper.

That doesn't change my mind that marauders are overpowered, but that's another thread entirely.
