In the damage increase. The single bullet that breaks Shield would be the only one subject to shieldgate. Everything after and before that would hit at full power.

I would probably have the Talon by now, even.

Let me explain the first bit:

The Balance changes screw around with a Coalesced BIN.

The Code that makes a weapon burst fire, semi auto, or automatic is not in Coalesced....

Thus, the Raptors fire mode cannot be change through balance changes.

I've used it. I've also got the claymore, so if I want to shotgun something, I'll use that. I don't use it on power classes, so It's not much use to me.
