So I just got on to play, and to my dismay discovered that my unlocked N-7 characters, several weapons and ALL my equipment was gone. Gone and hopefully to be seen again. Also I am unable to join a match, I just get an endless searching screen. I am unsure if it is due to my connection, or I have fallen to some sort of unfortunate bug, but would like to know if this has happened to anyone else and if there is anything that can be done to fix it.
Multiplayer Equipment, Weapons and Characters are gone

I know this is obvious, but have you tried a complete reboot/reset of all connections/hardware?

Haha any help is welcome, but yes I have and that did not help unfortunately
