For my DAO, I have purchased and redeemed my codes for the
DLC`s I have downloaded and installed on my game. The DLC`s include: Warden`s
Keep, The Stone Prisoner, Return To Ostogar, Golem Of Amgarrak, Witch Hunt, and
The Darkspawn Chronicles. Last night when I logged in to my account and made a
manual save to upload my info, achievements, and avatar to my account, when I
wanted to resume my game, it said the save game requires those DLC`s and cannot
be loaded. what is the problem?

The 1.05 patch solves most DLC-related issues. I assume you have not installed it yet.
