Yeah this one won't be an issue on Bronze. I've done it many many times.

If everyone plays 2 matches for each promotion they did last challenge, it'll be cake...and I promoted a lot.

This is the last challenge before I will likely move primarily to Borderlands 2, so I'll be working it hard this weekend.

I don't believe that's the case.  If it is, a person (jerk) could just grief bronze matches by popping a consumable every game.

From the wording, it seems like it doesn't matter if someone else uses them or not, since it says INDIVIDUAL goal instead of SQUAD goal.

If all members of the team are not to use consumables, then it would be called a SQUAD goal.

Reading comprehension FTL. It clearly states:
Individual Goal: Complete up to and including wave 10 on any difficulty without using a consumable (medi-gel, ammo, Ops pack or Cobra missile launcher)

This:

Allied Goal: Complete 250,000 escort missions on any difficulty.
Completely separate challenge.

The way I understand it:
To get the individual pack just don't use a consumable.
To complete the allied forces goal, complete 250,000 escort missions (says NOTHING about not using consumables)

Nobody can use consumables. You'll more than likely have to solo that one unless you play with friends.

It's kind of obvious, but I will ask anyway: Don't matter if the 3 other guys will use consumables, if I didn't used, I won the pack. That's it, right? Or the entire squad can't use consumable?
