Just curious to know how many of you feel forced to solo in order to achieve the individual goal.
Also, what difficulty/character/gear are you going to choose?
Will you solo for op. Vigilance?

Might do bronze with a Drell vanguard, claymore, and Shotgun V amp. Or do easy mode and just use a Kroguard against geth, headbutt every damned thing ever.

Might solo Silver or Gold with my Demolisher.

Krogan Vanguard versus Geth on bronze. I just did a practice run and even without using gear (except Shield Booster V) and a capture 1-2-3-4 in round 10, I won easily without using consumables.

I'm going to do it just to be safe. I'm going to have no way of knowing for sure if I completed it unless I was the only player in the game since you can't tell if somebody used a Thermal Clip Pack, and you generally aren't going to notice a Survival Ops Pack either.
Standard operation solo setup for me is my Human Vanguard + Wraith on Bronze to get it over with quickly.

I don't feel forced to solo but I think that is just the easiest way to do the challenge. I plan on doing level 20 kroguard geth/glacier. Since they don't have instakill and Kroguard has stun immunity, geth become a joke. I'll probably go cyclonic modulator 4, shotgun amp 3, warp ammo 4 and power recharge gear 5. That is as close to invincibility as you can get in this game.

I probably will solo Bronze for this. Seems like the easiest way to ensure success. I like to complete the Squad Goal as early as possible.

Yeah - bronze, probably vs Reapers - maybe a Krentinel or Vorcha Soldier just to make sure I can't possibly fail it. It'll probably be the first event I only complete once.
Check the consumables in my manifest ... I like firing rockets into crowded spawn points to clock up kill streaks!

Yep. Soloing is the only way to know for sure.

I could solo Bronze, but there are instances where I'll die Wave 9 or 10. Might not risk it and play with a friend or two to be safe.

Going solo. Then probably just dropping the game for the weekend.

I'm going for a QFI using only sabotage on silver versus the Geth. Will not use any Gear either, supposed to be a challenge after all.

Why not, never soloed anything except the last 3 waves of a gold match, and I did use consumables then. I am thinking KSent Saber/Talon combo with EB and piercing mod for both, cyclonic amp, assault rifle rail amp, warfighter package and incendiary ammo. On FB Giant.

I'll probably solo bronze or silver with a Turian Soldier unless I have enough friends on to guarantee we all don't use consumables. That rarely happens anymore though so I'll just plan on soloing.

I will definitely solo Bronze, because there is no way to know whether someone will use something.
Time to dust off the good ol' Kroguard.
He is very, very hard to kill. I am thinking... Glacier or Ghost/Bronze/Cerberus
Or, alternatively, I'll call a friend that I know won't use anything. Bronze/Silver duos can be very fun.

Oh wow, I didn't even think of soloing as a possibility. Guess I'll try bronze then.

Definitely going to solo Bronze (HS with Harrier) just to make sure I complete the goal. I will be informing lobbies on mic of the operation since they probably won't know (PS3), and I'll help if anyone's interested.

I will for sure. It is very easy to solo bronze with a Kroguard vs Geth and I'll be sure to complete the squad goal.

That's what I'm going to do too. And hopefully I will resist the impulse to use Ops packs, I'm addicted to those

Depends. I may try just to see how far I can go. The real factor here are the objective waves, you can get really lucky and get the easy ones, or ones that compliments your chosen character. It's easy to just shoot things or run away for cover. Good luck to anyone going solo.
