Avoiding any frustration if any team member presses the consumable buttons, by mistake.

Though I will try to hold back as much as possible with consumables in PUGs too. At least we have good reason to be cheap on such things this time (not that I would be cheap on them, in fact I use my rockets quite often when appropriate).

I will definitely solo Bronze, because there is no way to know whether someone will use something.Time to dust off the good ol' Kroguard.
He is very, very hard to kill. I am thinking... Glacier or Ghost/Bronze/Cerberus
Or, alternatively, I'll call a friend that I know won't use anything. Bronze/Silver duos can be very fun.
That's what I'm going to do too. And hopefully I will resist the impulse to use Ops packs, I'm addicted to those
I always forget those exist, but when I use them, I usually die a second afterwards. xD
Anyway, if anyone is not wanting to solo, pm me and we'll make a Bronze/Silver duo. I guarantee I won't use anything (except dubious amounts of alcohol if I'm in the mood).

I don't really trust PUGs not to use consumables.

Is Reegar the preferred weapon? Cooldown on charge is significantly better with the Piranha, though you can get +185% with the Reegar if you take both weight evolutions in the passive.

Either Shadow or Krogan Sentinel.
Good map when you need ammo. Just keep running the "circuit" around the map, picking up ammo as you go. Of course with the Shadow or the Krogan, who needs ammo?

I guess I will start practicing with a KV. <_<

Just did a quick bronze run with Kroguard/Reegar against Geth, and I recommend the Reegar, the two (two!) Geth Primes I faced melted like snow on a sunny day

Reegar is hilarious with the damage boost from charge.
Not that you need it, it melts everything, anyway.

Wait, do concumables also not include the ammo, armor and weapon bonuses? I would rather only use a gear and no consumable to be on the safe side.Machazareel wrote...
Gonna go Kroguard with a Reegar and Incendiary III on a Geth bronze Glacier to ensure easy success.
