Soloing is like sleepwalking with that guy.

Going solo.
Don't know yet. Probably Geth/Glacier with Demolisher on Bronze. Or Cerberus/Dagger with my beloved Quarian female Infiltrator or the same with my favorit Shadow.
Since so many go with Kroguard I starting to think about it, Geth/Glacier with Kroguard. But my Kroguard is now just lvl16. That shouldn't be a problem. I don't know.
What I know I will going solo.

Ye - Im as well gonna solo bronze with Novaguard or Krogueard. Its pretty idiotic that multiplayer co-operative game actually forces you to play alone. Not to mention Bioware is learning people not to use consumables. Really weird squad goal this time :|

I've used the KV too much solo vs. Geth I'm prob gonna go w/ something else instead- KV vs. a faction w/o SKs gets boring quick :/

Yes definitely soloing the squad goal no questions asked. Did a test run last night, Silver/Geth/Random map. Map ended up as glacier and I used NovaGuard. Cleared it in just under 15 minutes, np. It won't be worth the risk of doing it in a PuG and having some numb nut screwing it up.

I will probably just do a bronze though, get the goal done then go back to doing something else.  Last night was the first time I played since the last event.  Game is still stale, and the Victory packs look like they are going to suck again.

as i understand it the goal of reaching and clearing wave 10 without using items is individual not team based. I'll still complete the goal of not using any items even if team mates are blurting their items away so whats the benefit of soloing????

I want my Eagle upgrade.
So yes, I'll be soloing it with my Destroyer.
If that fails, there's always the Kroguard.

Nobody in the squad can use consummables. That's why a lot of people are going to solo.

Bioware reps. cleared that up a while ago: goal is in fact team based. If just one player on the team uses a consumable, no pack for all team members

Going to solo or play bronze with a friend, after that. I'll play regularly.

Anyone else think this is intentional? If we constantly solo, less chance to win the actual squad-goal. But if we don't solo, we're going to have a much harder time if not impossible with the "Individual Goal". Just seems like the two goals we got are clashing intentionally...

Yes i´m soloing just did a testrun Cerberus Reactor bronze I used an Asariguard because its the only way to be sure you did the Squad goal.

I would suggest you level up your Krogan Vanguard (= Battlemaster) and use the following build (this is based on your manifest) : http://narida.pytalh...2@0QD@@M4N4@0@0
This is specced for melee and you can take Geth down anytime with this. I use a similar build and I'm able to solo Bronze without using any consumable at all. That's because the Kroguard is the most durable character in the game : high shield/health and can recharge his shields on demand using the Biotic Charge
The point is to charge an enemy, heavy melee to kill it (this will trigger the Martial Artist bonus) and apply a mix of shoot/heavy melee/melee/charge until the wave is over. This is very powerful against Geth because none of them have any instakill. Avoid this against Reapers or Cerberus though

Any similar advice for a Battlemasterless player? I just unlocked the Paladin so would love to learn and use it - but also happy just to have a shot to finish bronze solo.

#1 thing for the paladin, max out snap freeze and spec for distance with it. Snap freeze everything in sight and also things out of sight as it goes through walls and cover.

I'm going to do bronze - cerberus - glacier using an N7 Shadow (talon or piranha with piercing mod + melee mod), probably stronghold package for gear. As long as you don't get carried away with attacking spawns, Shadow is viable.

Overall, stick with a character/weapon set that you excel with and you should do fine (and make sure you take a weapon or powers capable of downing a boss, since when you're soloing you need to be able to take them down without dieing of boredom in the process lol)
