Okay I bought the game on launch, pre-ordered from play. I had the game registered and my characters and achievements were on this site. 

Now for some reason the game is no longer registered and I didn't receive the edge DLC. My album is also broken http://social.biowar.../134533/1031386 claiming to be uploaded 39 years ago, 1970.

Anything I can do to fix this?

Support.ea.com Would suggest Live Chat if its available...and good job searching for an answer, but its probably better to just make a new thread if your gonna bump a year old one, domino.
