Serioulsy they sound almost exactly the same, and there are some character similiarities. I.E. Mr Shadow controls events from halfway across the Galaxy through "puppets" like Zorg. Which is also what Levianthan does for the entire DLC.
Leviathan sounds just like Mr. Shadow from the 5th Element.
