Equipment upgrades do not appear in the guaranteed "rare" slot upgrades. They are essentially treated the same as reset power cards.

The 6th medi-gel I got in the Spectre Pack was not in the last slot.

I tend to get everything I want pretty quickly by buying 2-3 PSP's followed by 1 SP, over and over, rather than just all PSP's.

Weird, I got the 6th Medigel upgrade on my first spectre pack after the Operation.

You already show 6 medigels as your capasity. You wont get another as you were already at the community cap.

I have no idea how many SP and PSP I've earned and bought, but I still have no Indra. Every other weapon unlocked. All Gold characters and weapons at X.

Indra remains elusive.

I've got everything except for the typhoon, the store never seems to want to give me that weapon.

I got it from the first VETERAN pack I bought after the operation packs were awarded. Try those, why don't you?

They increased general medigel cap from 5 to 6.

If you had 6 or more before operation Alloy, then it's nothing for you.

Got mine in a Spectre Pack. I think Equipment upgrades are better to get from Spectre Packs, and they are 39k cheaper too. You'll tend to find you'll rarely get an Equipment upgrade on its own as the only rare in a Spectre Pack, it'll come alongside another Rare or UR.
