Hi, everyone. I hope somebody can help me...

I've been having some problems as of lately and I'm not really sure if it's Origin or Leviathan DLC related. Since installing the latest DLC, I've been having some stuttering issues. My FPS would go from 60 to 30 in a split second. I tried updating then rolling back my drivers, to no avail, still the problem persists.

I tried using the origin beta, then the random crashes started. It would occur mostly when I'm in the loading screen , like transitioning from different places in the Citadel (after a conversation).

I tried uninstalling Origin and reinstalling it and the problems remain.

I've been playing ME3 since launch and the only the problem that I've ever encountered was the online pass missing and after that was solved, i had no issues at all, until last week.

Please help...

Try fixing the ME3 install. It redownloades all the files and fixes anything that may have become corrupt

I tried repair installing it and even restarted my pc, it ran fine. But after putting my computer to "sleep", the problem came back again..

The message that I was getting was " ME3 encountered a problem and needs to close"

Thanks for the suggestion though..

It isn't likely to help much, but you could try defragmenting the hard drive. A lot of that multimedia content has to be copied from disk to ram, and not all will be in ram all the time...if it gets too fragmented drive performance could conceivably make something time out (or stutter). Wouldn't hurt to defrag anyway. I won't give it high odds at helping, but it is worth the effort.

Hi, .458. My hard drive currently has 0% defragmentation, so I'm not sure about that. But thanks for trying to help..

The strange thing is, when I restart my pc (sometimes) or turn it on after shutting it down, it would work just fine - no crashes, no stuttering. But when I put my computer to "sleep", I would get the "ME3 has encountererd a problem and needs to close" message before the EA screen or when loading a different area. Could it be a conflict between the new Origin update and the graphics driver? I'm using an ATI card.

Any suggestions?
