What kind of stands are you gonna buy and can I have a link? I've been looking for good stands that are compatible with these figures!RainbowDazed wrote...
Sorry for the back2back-post. I received the first three figures last night and I'm very pleased with them. My biggest gripe is that they really can't stand for **** and because of that I ordered some stands this morning. But other than that, they are great.
Play Arts Kai Figures are now Available

I decided to try a budget-option first and ordered six of these:

I'll post an update once they arrive.

I have problems finding stands that fit. I have Solid Snake and Gray Fox from Play Art Kais Metal Gear series, and a Garrus-figure on the way. As I understand it the Tamashii act 4 won't fit:

I also think it's weird that no one seems to have an answer for where to get a hold of stands on any forums etc. Aren't these figures popular? What further annoys me is that apparently Square Enix has produced stands themselves, which were used to display the figures at Comic Con, but these are nowhere to be found.
The stand in this video seems perfect, but the dick won't answer

Have anyone found a stand that is suitable for figures of this size yet?

I got my figures today. SHEPARD'S FACE IS AWFUL. Who let this happen? It looks more like a husk than Shepard. Grey skin and Snidely Whiplash eyebrows. Ugh.

Oh sweet, i would love to put a few ME3 characters for display in my game room. I'd like to get Shepard, Ashley and Garrus. I'll order them from Amazon and-
$50 each!?!?!
They're just action figures man. No thanks.

Got mine too.
Shepard's face is ... even more terrifying when you have it in the "flesh".
Having said that, I think Ashley and Garrus are awesome. Hopefully Shepard will be a fluke and the rest of these will be awesome.
Now, any word on which characters we can expect after Tali and FemShep?

I'm happy enough with the way the figure looks, though the painting on the face is a bit off, but one of the arms was not connected to the figure when it arrived. I cant seem to lock it back in place, which is incredibly frustrating. So if anyone has any advice on that that would be great. Additionally, it just kind of feels like the whole thing is going to fall apart. The piece connecting the legs/hips doesn't look or feel very secure.
Kind of regretting getting this one instead of the other figure.

What a god damn shame that they mess up the most important character.... Personally I would take a Garrus figure over a Shepard, but I'm planning on getting Garrus, Tali and potentially others if they make 'em, and the collection won't feel complete without a Shepard. I've always chosen male shep for my playthroughs, but still I'm considering going for the fem shep figure because she just looks so much better... If they only could make a helmet for male shep.
And for the loose arms Sandy, I got a Joker from Arkham Asylum and a Solid Snake from MGS which both have problems with loose arms. Snake's right arm particularly keeps falling of if whenever I try to move it. What a bummer after paying 70 bucks for a figure

I was lucky enough to be at the London Expo - got the Ashley figure and my free stand. I agree with do_or_die - Square Enix really need to sell these (or provide them free with each figure)

Got the custom Sheploo head I commissioned. Once I finish painting it I'll post pics.

Well, it took my lazy ass a long time to get back at this. I've been very happy with the stands I ordered. Here's a picture of the first five figures. And for the record - I'm a crappy photographer. The figures look a bit more decent in hand:
