 Has anyone gotten the DLC to work if the game was purchased in the US on the PS3 !?!?

Trying to get Shale and Dragon Armor and have not been successful since opening up the game.

I have an account here, EA, and PSN and they are all the same email address and everything.

When I try to enter my code here it just says "can not because code is already is use" or "invalid code" or something... How can that be when I haven't even used them?!?!  Come on EA and Bioware get your **** straight!!!

We paid for the damn things we should be able to use them!!!

I finally broke and contact support - which was of no use!!! Login to your Bioware account and profile and redeem code - ummmm that's what I did and that's what I told you I did when I sent you the email!! 

What kind of support is that??!?!?

Anyways if anyone else has any ideas or a workaround for the US bought version of the game that would be greatly appreciated as Bioware and EA both don't have it together yet for this game!!!

Its a shame how us PS3 users always have to suffer... AHHH! Bingo! i got mine! the damn instructions were wrong all along... (I copied and pasted)
These instructions below are incorrect.

• Enter your code at dragonage.bioware.com/redeem
• Start Dragon Age: Origins and log in to your EA/Bioware account
• Go to the Downloadable Content menu to view the download progress
• Once installation is complete, follow the instructions in the Quest Journal

 
The actual processs is as follows:

• Once the game loads, select "Downloadable Content"
• Press triangle to enter "EA purchase code"
• Enter all 16 characters including the "-" (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
• Blood Dragon Armor will appear on the in game DLC menu followed by "purchased"
• Select the Blood Dragon Armor and press "X"
• The PSN Store will come on screen and you'll be asked to Dowload or add to cart, select Download.

an inverted E? erm...tried entering it as a 3?

My problem is that I've entered the codes already on the site here, but they won't show up on my game at all. I think that might have screwed me over on getting them. I mean, I see them on my user entitlements but it keeps saying the codes are invalid when I try to enter them again on the game itself. It took them on here, but obviously, that does me no good.
