So last night I loaded up to play ME3 after finishing 1&2 for a new import. I have ran 4 or 5 characters already, so I expected nothing different. However, I did have a first ever for any BioWare or EA games for me happen. I had to agree with terms of service and some other stuff ( can't think what all they were right now, but I "think" it was like the rules on here that pop up for me ever so often too) in order to log into the game. Anyone else have this? heard of this? I have played all the ME games, Dragon Age and even EA games like NHL Hockey and KoA: Reckoning mutiple times and never had something like this pop up. Was something going on that I am unaware of?
Another issue I have had is that when I do try to play offline, it says none of my games can load due to content not available (or something close to that) because basically all my DLC stuff won't load offline. I have looked and all of the DLC are on my HD, yet it still won't work. Same for ME2 and Dragon Age games too. Anyone got an idea why this happens? None of my friends have ever had it happen, so no idea what in the world is going on, but I can play none of my current saved games offline if I wanted too.

BUMP since I brought up a similar issue except it's about Hacking:
Yesterday I noticed there was a re-release about the policies and rules about the online side of MASS EFFECT 3. I noticed there was a message about hacking now (even though I don't remember it much) and I feel like there still been hacking going around. I played a couple Silver and Gold games on multiplayer with some low level players (4 and 5) and it seemed like they survived better than I have (Level 20). I do not know how or why that is even possible. However my greatest concern is this new 5 votes rule. How is it even possible to have 5 votes when there are 4 people? I voted to boot the host (1 vote) since he was spending the time talking and not starting a multiplayer match. The Host voted for another person to be booted (1 vote) and the person he was talking to voted to boot that person (1 vote) then out of the blue I was kicked from the game (3 votes). I was like 0.o. How is that possible? To explain it better it was like this:
Host: X
Talker:No votes
Me: X X X
Person bellow me: X X
Again how is that possible? Obviously there's a new hack where you can boot out the whole entire lobby (9 votes) when theres a grand total of four people there (3 votes). Somthing needs to be done. For the record I do not use hacks even though I think people think I do due to my skill or the occasional internet connection problem which isn't my fault but usually the hosts since I rarely host games and prefer joining games.
Now I have no idea what's going on here but frankly I feel like somthing has been going on and I am not likeing it. If people are haveing issues with game saves and people useing hacking programs to fix votes somthing needs to be done.

A friend who plays multiplayer has a very similar problem to with being higher level and lower level issues. He also said he had a little side thing he had to agree to service and so forth in order to log in as well. Weird stuff, I hope someone can let us know exactly what is going on...
