No offence mate, but the quality of help you'll receive is proportional to how clearly you ask your question.

I'm guessing that you've downloaded the Firefight DLC and the guns aren't appearing -

* Check whether Origin/Live says you have it downloaded
* If they are, load the game up and check your arsenal in the mod table in the Normandy Shuttle Bay - you don't get any emails to say they're there
* If they're not there and you have got the DLC loaded, try restarting
* if this still isn't working, you need to check with EA support, or the tech support forums on here.

Yes you need to make sure you are connected to Origin when the game loads or else it won't authorize it.

If you ever have to play offline, then Origin cannot detect an active network adapter (with an internet connection) or else it will not authorize it for offline mode. Stupid, but that is how it works.
